What is CCX?

Professional Workshop Chemistry. Concentrated by Design.

CCX is a professional workshop chemistry range designed around performance, controlled processes and smarter chemistry.

Concentrated by Design

CCX is a professional workshop chemistry range supplied in product-specific concentrate formats. CCX Pre & Post Combustion Cleaner Cleaner is supplied as C9: one part concentrate plus nine parts fresh deionised water makes ten parts working solution. The other products use application-specific concentrations: Floor Restore C20, Surface Ready C10 and Degrease and Go C6. Each product must be prepared in accordance with its approved instructions.

CCX-6

CCX Degrease and Go

1 part concentrate 5 parts fresh deionised water = 6 parts working solution

CCX-9

CCX Pre & Post Combustion Cleaner

1 part concentrate 9 parts fresh deionised water = 10 parts working solution

CCX-10

CCX Surface Ready

1 part concentrate 9 parts fresh deionised water = 10 parts working solution

CCX-20

CCX Floor Restore

Designed for dilution according to application, with higher concentrations available for stubborn stains.

Instead of transporting large quantities of water in ready-to-use products, CCX concentrates allow working solutions to be prepared where they are needed.

This means less water to transport, reduced storage volume and less finished-product weight moving through the supply chain.

For CCX Pre & Post Combustion Cleaner, the CCX-9 concentrate format can avoid transporting up to 90% of the finished product’s water volume compared with a ready-to-use equivalent.

Concentrated by Design

CCX products are supplied in a C9 concentrate format.

That means:

1 part CCX concentrate + 9 parts water = 10 parts working solution

Instead of transporting large quantities of water in ready-to-use products, CCX allows working solution to be prepared where it is needed.

This means less water to transport, reduced storage volume and less finished-product weight moving through the supply chain.

For the same amount of working solution, the C9 format can avoid transporting up to 90% of the finished product’s water volume compared with a ready-to-use equivalent.

What is CCX?

CCX has been developed as a practical automotive chemical range for workshops and drivers, with products designed for everyday maintenance, cleaning, and controlled-application work.

The range includes automotive cleaning products, gas-path cleaner development, workshop degreasers, and trade-ready chemical formulations.

We believe in “Clean. Green. Carbon Clean.” Our vision extends beyond standard maintenance. We aim to redefine how the automotive industry approaches engine health and environmental responsibility.

CCX Pre & Post Combustion Cleaner

A concentrated, water-based, pH-neutral treatment designed for a controlled two-stage fine-mist process through the automotive engine gas path. It is intended to help soften, lift and disperse accessible oily films, soot and carbonaceous contamination before, through and after Combussion.

CCX Floor Restore

A neutral-pH, low-foam workshop floor cleaner designed to lift oils, grease, trafficked dirt and general workshop contamination. It is designed for clean recovery without leaving a sticky or slippery residue when used as directed.

CCX Surface Ready

A CCX-10 surface pretreatment designed to remove oils, grease, fingerprints and other contamination before compatible primer, paint or protective coating processes. Its purpose is to support consistent wetting and a properly prepared surface.

CCX Degrease and Go

A concentrated, water-based heavy-duty workshop degreaser designed for oils, grease, carbonaceous residues and general mechanical-maintenance contamination. It is designed to release stubborn deposits for agitation, wiping or rinsing while supporting clean rinsing.

WHY CHOOSE CCX?

Revolutionary

Industry-leading chemistry that requires zero mechanical disassembly, saving time and labor for workshops everywhere.

Innovative

Engineered to bind to soot and deposits dynamically while the engine is currently running.

Profitable

Designed to help automotive workshops increase their profits while saving long-term money for motorists.

pH-Neutral Cleaning Technology

CCX Pre & Post Combustion Cleaner uses a pH-neutral cleaning system rather than relying on strongly acidic or caustic chemistry.

pH alone does not determine cleaning performance. Effective cleaning depends on the complete cleaning system, concentration, contact time, atomisation and application process.

CCX is designed around a balanced cleaning system intended to address the oily films, soot and carbonaceous deposits encountered through the automotive engine gas path.

Research & Innovation

From specialist engineering to workshop maintenance

CCX draws on technology history and maintenance principles developed across aerospace, marine and power-generation applications. These demanding environments require controlled processes, precision and reliability when maintaining complex mechanical systems.

CCX brings those principles into practical workshop chemistry, supporting a diagnostic-led approach to vehicle maintenance.

FREQUENTLY
ASKED QUESTIONS.

What is CCX?

CCX is a complete range of professional workshop chemistry designed for a wide range of cleaning and maintenance applications. The range includes solutions for engine deposit removal, workshop floors, surfaces, degreasing and other specialist cleaning requirements.

What products are included in the CCX range?

The CCX range includes specialist products for different workshop applications, including CCX Pre & Post Combustion Cleaner, CCX Floor Restore, CCX Surface Ready and CCX Degrease and Go. Each product is formulated for a specific cleaning requirement.

Is CCX only for cleaning engine deposits?

No. CCX is a complete workshop chemistry range, not just an engine cleaning product. While some CCX products are designed to tackle engine deposits, others are formulated for workshop floors, hard surfaces and heavy-duty degreasing.

Where can CCX products be used?

CCX products are designed for use across professional workshop environments. Depending on the product, applications can include engine components, workshop floors, hard surfaces and areas requiring effective degreasing.

Are all CCX products used in the same way?

No. Each CCX product has its own intended application, dilution and usage guidance. The appropriate product should be selected according to the cleaning task, surface and level of contamination.

What makes the CCX range different?

CCX brings a complete range of professional workshop chemistry together under one range, giving technicians practical solutions for different cleaning and maintenance tasks. From engine deposit removal to floor restoration, surface preparation and degreasing, there is a CCX solution for the job.

Does CCX replace mechanical repairs or DPF regeneration?

No. CCX is a diagnostic-led maintenance solution and should be used as part of an appropriate maintenance strategy. It does not replace required mechanical repairs, DPF regeneration procedures or the physical removal and cleaning of components where these are necessary. Always diagnose the underlying issue and follow the appropriate manufacturer or workshop procedure.
